LEADERSHIP
getting to know each other better means understanding the environment in which we operate better and contributing to better business performance.
Gravitas Leadership proposes Experiential Learning, a more innovative and powerful learning tool than Team Building, because it is adapted to the world of business and business schools seeking to develop the leadership of their members.
This educational approach, through debriefing and reflection on the experience gained from our exercises, allows trainees to develop new strategic and human skills, thoughts and attitudes. This concept is a powerful tool to reveal behaviours that makes it possible to identify good practices in teams and to propose a reflection on personal and professional development. Our learning workshops encourage people to take a step back and give its full value to management techniques to improve leadership.
“Understanding the lessons of Experiential Learning is essential to the success of a company, but few organisations and leaders know how to do that.”

Studies have shown that the human being is able to remember 90% of what he does against 20% of what they see and 10% of what he reads.
The trainees, outside of their work environment and in the open air, are confronted with problem-solving exercises with the use of neutral objects (boards, ropes, bars, buckets, balls, bottle cases, etc.). All trainees are on an equal footing, regardless of age, culture or education. We also use above-ground exercises that are not physical activities but collective exercises to reveal the potential of a team through cohesion, trust and cooperation. The debriefing session offers the opportunity to review the behaviours observed during the exercise , it is a great platform for analysis and reflection. The exercises will hold a mirror to what happens daily at work. The use of video is a powerful way for the group and the individual to review and understand their behaviours.
These tools all have one thing in common: problem-solving with little physical activity. They are installed outdoors and integrate 3 factors: a strategy and planning phase, an execution phase and above all a debriefing phase.
“It is not by adding a course on leadership that we can create leaders…We don’t teach the most important part: learn from one’s own experience.”

The debriefing session is led by a certified coach, which is fundamental to understanding what worked, what didn’t work, and freeing speech in a caring atmosphere. The acquisition of new common points of reference, the revelation of complementary individual qualities and the achievement of collective goals boosts the understanding of oneself and others.
Trainees quickly become aware of their actions and generate optimal solutions. They can then immediately translate and replicate their learning in a professional context to help improve their performance within the company.
We have developed over 50 different exercises. They were developed especially for the business world with the help of psychology professors. They address specific topics such as communication, active listening, coordination, cooperation, resilience, ambition, complementarity, stress management, agility in change, etc.
Experiential Learning is a complete method consisting of 5 distinct phases. But it can be modulated according to the strategic requirements of the company.

Our promise: high efficiency
Gravitas Leadership mobilises the know-how and social skills of an individual or a group by confronting them in a transactional approach that reflects the experience they have gone through together. The effectiveness of the transfer of skills is relatively high compared to the quantitative and standard training contents of a theoretical course.
The aim is to generate an immediately operational response to:
Gravitas Leadership can deploy its know-how anywhere, as long as it has an outside area large enough to install the exercises. Since 2014, a permanent activity site has been located on the site of Château de Courances, 50 km south of Paris. We have installed exercises with high pedagogical potential in line with the recurring requests of our clients.
Gravitas Leadership can also welcome you in Singapore via its Asian subsidiary. Based on the results of our seminars and team-building exercises, we organise seminars throughout Europe, Asia and the USA. We can easily deploy our activities throughout the world with our logistics depots located in New York, Sao Paulo, Istanbul, Marrakech, Bangkok, Hong Kong and everywhere else.
We set up a program management with a custom-built offer for a set topic. We are responsible for drawing up the audit and the exercises programme, selecting the most suitable coaches and organising the seminar.
Our exercises are made available by our technical staff throughout the world.
The selected coaches are trained in our exercises and teaching tools.
